Softing is
an internationally leading, independent supplier of
control and communication technology for industrial
applications and for applications in automobiles. Among
their customers are renowned companies which are active
worldwide. Softing has a leading position on the market.
The company headquartered in Germany was one of the
first companies involved with Fieldbus technologies
in the late 1980's. Many of the innovations of Profibus
and several CAN based networks can be attributed to
Softing. In the early 1990's as the Foundation Fieldbus
standard emerged for the Process control industry, Softing
became a key company developing the technology and products
to support many companies interested in having their
products communicate with this standard. Softing is
continuing to develop hardware and software in direct
support of the Industrial Networks as well as the emerging
Industrial Ethernet standards.
In addition to hardware Softing has an extensive software
offering in support of the Fieldbus networks. Network
analyzer tools make it easy to develop, configure and
maintain these industrial networks.
ICT has had a direct relationship with softing
from the beginning. We are the main source for Softing
products in North America.

Cisco Systems
is the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet.
Cisco's networking solutions connect people, computing
devices and computer networks, allowing people to access
or transfer information without regard to differences
int ime, place or type of computer system.
Cisco provides end-to-end networking solutions that
customers use to build a unified information infrastructure
of their own, or to connect to someone else's network.
An end-to-end networking solution is one that provides
a common architecture that delivers consistent network
services to all users. The broader the range of network
services, the more capabilities a network can provide
to users connected to it.
In contrast to many technology companies, Cisco does
not take a rigid approach that favors only one type
of technology over the alternatives and imposes it on
customers as the only answer. Cisco's philosophy is
to listen to customer requests, monitor all the alternatives,
and provide customers with a range of options from which
to choose. Cisco develops its products and solutions
around widely accepted industry standards. In many instances,
technologies developed by Cisco have become industry
standards themselves.
ICT has chosen to partner with Cisco as their philosophy
towards customers and techology are congruent with ours.
ICT is one of the few Cisco Certified System Integrators
to serve the manufacturing and automation markets.

For over a decade, Lantronix
has been a leading provider of network-enabling technology
that makes it possible to manage, configure, control
and communicate with nearly any intelligent device over
the Internet and shared networks. Visionaries have talked
about the world of the future where everything from
sensors to appliances will be connected to the global
network - Lantronix is working hard to make that future
a reality today. In 1999 Lantronix developed products
to specifically target the Industrial Automation marketplace.
These products are designed to be installed in harsher
environments with DIN mounting and electrical isolation
as well as adding specific automation protocol support.
A key feature of the Lantronix product is its ability
to link an installed automation device to an Ethernet
network. Called Device Servers these small cost effective
products can link virtually any installed device to
a LAN. With the ability to create a Website at each
device, management and interface to front office systems.
Lantronix also provides additional equipment for supporting
Remote access, Console monitoring, Network time stamping,
and Terminal servers. Their products can be purchased
for stand alone applications or the embedded products
can be designed into new product designs. Several major
Automation companies have used the Lantronix products
in the product line. ICT provides these products directly
or can develop specific software to meet unique applications.
We provide the ability to integrate virtually any automation
device with these products.

Hirschmann
offers a longstanding expertise in industrial automation.
Established product lines that range from interconnection
to networking systems give Hirschmann a unique insight
into the challenges that face automation networking.
Whether for actuator, sensor, fieldbus systems or Ethernet
networks, Hirschmann products set the standard. And
that for over 70 years, since the birth of the modern
connector technology with the invention of the "One-Two
Plug" by Hirschmann. They are the foremost leader in
the Industrial Ethernet market with their release of
the "Rail Family" of industrial Ethernet products.
The driving force behind all innovations rises from
Hirschmann customer requirements. For time savings,
easy installation and efficient servicing complex industrial
plants. Often that which is originally designed as a
specific solution for an organisation forms the basis
of the standards of tomorrow.
ICT carries the Hirschmann products as a premium line
of Industrial Ethernet switches. There are many applications
in which the performance of the Ethernet network must
perform to the same rigid standards of traditional industrial
control networks. Often called "mission critical" we
carry this line as the best method to handle these challenging
applications.

Sixnet
is a privately-held manufacturer of leading-edge data
acquisition and industrial control products. In 1998:
Sixnet delivered Ethertrak, the first direct Ethernet
I/O, and RemoteTrak remote RS485 I/O. Later that same
year Sixnet also introduced its first industrial telephone
modem. Since then,Sixnet has come out with the "self-dialing"
industrial modem and the RS485 industrial modem plus.
In 2000: Our first Industrial Ethernet Switch with fully
robust environmental and industrial ratings, and optimized
for real-time applications. We are also offering Surge
and Lightening Protectors as accessories for our Ethernet
and modem product lines. Currently, Sixnet is continuing
to develop I/O products to fill the growing need for
open architecture computer-based industrial control
and SCADA systems.
ICT has chosen Sixnet as a company knowledgeable in
both the Industrial and Networking worlds.

KEPware was
formed in 1994 by Corson Ellis. As owner of the flow,
instrumentation, and PLC peripheral company KEP (Kessler
Ellis Products), Mr. Ellis felt that the timing was
right to embark upon a software development branch as
part of the overall corporate structure and thus KEPware
was born.
KEPware's initial goal was to develop a low cost alternative
to HMI (Human Machine Interface) packages such as Wonderware
and Intellution. This was KEPware's primary product
goal until December 1996. We began the development of
our OPC and DDE server product in early 1996.
KEPware has now focused all of the company's resources
on the development of our OPC server products. With
this new focus we are becoming well know in the industry
as the best provider of OPC servers in terms of performance,
reliability, and price. The focus on the OPC communications
market has allowed us to insure that we can supply a
high quality product while maintaining a fast time to
market for new products.
